8 Day Real Myanmar Small Group Tour
Day 1: Mandalay – Sagaing – Mingun (L/D)
Our guide will pick up from your Mandalay Hotel at 08:30 am, Proceed to drive to Sagaing hill across the Ayeyarwaddy River and will see the rural life of Myanmar People. On the top of Sagaing Hill, visit a Soon U Pon Nya Shin, U Min Thonesal Pagoda with Picturesque on the Sagaing hill, a retreat for some monks and nuns and there are over 500 Monasteries.
Visit Mingun by boat exploring the Ayeyarwaddy river around 1 hour. Then proceed to the Unfinished Pagoda, Mingun Pahtodawgyi was built King Bodaw Paya and Mingun Bell is about 90 tons of the second-largest ringing Bell of the world. Near visit the most beautiful Pagoda, Myatheindan was built Queen Shinphyume.

Day 2: Mandalay – Amarapura (B/L/D)
Starts visit the Maha Gandayone monastery (home to more than 1000 monks) in Amarapura and U Bein teak bridge. Then proceed to Mahamuni Pagoda (famous for its venerable statue of Buddha covered with gold leaf). Next afternoon sightseeing includes Royal Mandalay Palace, the Shwenandaw Monastery (noted for its exquisite woodcarving), Atumashi Monastery, and the Kuthodaw Pagoda with its 729 marble stone slabs of Buddhist scriptures (known as the world’s biggest book). Enjoy a panoramic view of Mandalay City from Mandalay Hill.

Day 3: Mandalay – Gohteik – Hsipaw (B/L/D)
Early morning meets our guide at Hotel and transfers to Pyin Oo Lwin train station for 08:22 am a train ride to Hsipaw. Enjoy an 8-hour train ride through Shan Mountains and one of the world’s highest Gohteik Viaduct by British engineering. Arrive at Hsipaw station in the evening and transfer to your hotel in Hsipaw.

Day 4: Hsipaw trek to Waterfall (B/L/D)
After Breakfast at Hotel, We will walk through the green rice field, 3-hour walking distance to Nam Tok Fall relax and swimming around beautiful nature. After that trek to Farmer’s villages, enjoy the country panoramic scenery, learn a living style of Shan villages. Have Shan Rice Noodle and local lunch at a tiny local village mall with the local guide.
Afterward, continue an hour by boat up the streaming river, through nice scenery with the mountain, valley, plantations along the river, visit and sightseeing at river confluence at which swimming is available on the individual wish. On the way, down-streaming by boat, go visit a SHAN village which has typical houses with a small charming garden and then returns home by boat.

Day 5: Hsipaw–Pyin Oo Lwin-Mandalay (B/L/D)
This morning after transfer back to Mandalay by car. On the way stop at Pyin Oo Lwin for lunch, visit Maymyoe Botanical Garden with many flowers and orchid. Transfer to your Mandalay hotel and Check-in.

Day 6: Mandalay-Bagan (B/L/D)
Transfer to Bagan from Mandalay to a 4-hour drive. Upon arrival to Bagan, an ancient city newly awarded World Heritage by UNESCO, transfer to your hotel for check-in.
In the evening visit to local villages of MinNanthu and Pwasaw village by E-bike, where you can see cotton weaving, Local farming, Burmese Cigar making, and farming. Continue to explore the Laymyathnar Monastery Complex, Pyayathonsu Temple, and Nandamannay Temple with detail mural paintings from the 13th Century. Watch the beautiful sunset of thousands of temples.
Overnight in Bagan.
Day 7: Bagan (B/L/D)
Wake up around 05:00 am to watch the beautiful sunrise while the hot air balloons are flying in the sky. (optional experience from October to March only)
After Breakfast, the colorful Nyaung Oo Market, Shwezigon Pagoda, Wetkyi-in Gubyaukkyi (a cave temple with exquisite Jataka mural paintings), the elegant Htilominlo Temple (noted for its plaster carvings) and the Tharaba Gate. Explorations of Bagan continue in the afternoon including visits to Ananda (an architectural masterpiece of early-style temple), Ananda Okkyaung (one of the few surviving brick monasteries from the early Bagan period), Thatbyinnyu Temple (the highest in Bagan, rising to 61 m) and Dhammayangyi Temple (noted for its remarkable brickwork). Day 08: Bagan-Yangon (B/L/D)
This morning transfer to Naung U airport and fly to Yangon, We start a visit to Kyeet Myin Dine railway station and takes 15 minutes to ride Myanmar Circular Train. Stops at Yangon railway station and visit Scott Market. Then the walking tour starts from Sule Pagoda. On the way, you can see Yangon City Hall, Independence Monument, Mahabandoola Park, many colonial buildings and ends at the Strand Hotel. Continue to Kandawgyi Park and the next stop is Chaukhtatgyi Pagoda with colossal reclining Buddha. Later afternoon, enjoy the sunset at magnificent Shwedagon Pagoda.
Hotel Check-in and Overnight in Yangon.
Tour may conclude this evening, you can connect the return flight to your home the next day, airport transfer on your own arrangement.
