Thit San Noodle Shop
The shop has been opened in Mandalay for over 20 years. They made the noodle at home and put special interest in the art of gourmet noodle with the best quality. When you give the order name VIP or Myanmar Pizza, you will get traditional thin and crispy snack which is made of rice, sausage, and eggs topping are already included for 850 kyats (probably now 900 or 100 kyats) and service with tamarind sauce. Mandalay Mote ti (Nangyi Thoke) is a famous breakfast not only in Mandalay but also around Myanmar. The golden rice noodle mixed with chicken curry and small fish balls. It can order two different sizes Nan Lat for Medium size and Nan Gyi for Large size. Nan Lat is popular in Yangon and other regions, only the locals from Mandalay eat Nan Gyi.
